What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our standard MOQ is 50 units for custom production. For the 10.1" flagship model, we can accommodate orders starting from just 10 units. Single samples are available for evaluation before placing bulk orders.

How long does production take? +

Typical production takes 7–10 business days after artwork and video approval. Samples can be produced in 3–5 days. Rush orders (5-day production) are available for an additional fee.

What video formats and resolutions are supported? +

We support all major formats including MP4, AVI, and MOV. Screens are optimized for 720p or 1080p HD playback. Multiple videos can be loaded with button-switch navigation.

Can the videos be updated after delivery? +

Yes! All brochures include a USB-C (or Micro-USB) port that allows you to recharge the battery and update video content anytime. Simply connect to a computer, drag and drop your new video file.

What luxury finishes are available? +

We offer gold/silver foil stamping, spot UV coating, soft-touch lamination, embossing/debossing, velvet or satin interior linings, and magnetic closures. All finishes can be combined for maximum brand impact.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship to 50+ countries via DHL, UPS, and FedEx with full real-time tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to major markets. We handle all customs documentation.
